Liechtensteinklamm

21 AUG 2013 - The Alps are known for their narrow slot canyon formed by rivers over long periods of time. In German, they're called a Klamm. This one didn't disappoint.

 Liechtensteinklamm, Austria

Since these canyons are so narrow, the entire path is man made. Some of it consists of a boardwalk while other parts are just tunnels cut through the rock.

All kind of different things get washed down these canyons so it's always interesting to find logs lodged in some very odd spots.

The waterfall at the end of the Klamm was pretty incredible. It made Eve blink. ;)
