While Cody was off at BSAP, Heidi and the kids made the most of things back in Virginia by enjoying most of the summer with their friends and by attending wonderful events like watching the fireworks in Montclair (seen above). Just before Cody left to attend BSAP, we found out our next duty station would be in Stuttgart, Germany. Cody would serve on the staff at European Command (EUCOM) after he completed BSAP. The plan for the summer was that Heidi and the kids would move out of the house in July and spend a little more than a month in Utah. When Cody finished BSAP, he would meet them in Utah and they would then all travel together to Germany in early September.
