Cody travels a fair amount in connection with the Army, but he makes good use of his time away by enjoying the local sights. While he was at BSAP and Heidi and the kids were back in Utah, he took a weekend and visited the Flight 93 National Memorial in Stonycreek Township, PA as well as the Johnstown Flood National Memorial in Johnstown, PA.
After BSAP, Cody was in D.C. for about a week to outprocess. During that time, he had the chance to visit the Theodore Roosevelt National Memorial on Theodore Roosevelt Island. It's one of his favorities.
